Any cancellations or rescheduling needs to be done 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. There will be a 50% charge to any cancellations or rescheduling after the 24 hour period. If you started your menstrual cycle and are uncomfortable getting waxed during it, please try to schedule around your cycle. I do still wax during menstrual cycles and just ask that you use a tampon, menstrual cup, etc. during service. This will not exempt you from the cancellation fee. If you are sick, please stay home and we’ll reschedule your appointment. If you have any emergencies, please contact me and we’ll reschedule your appointment. Frequent late cancellations or rescheduling will be evaluated and may result in no longer being able to book with me.
